RBI history banking

I want to know about the Reserve Bank of India history so please tell me about this.

The Reserve Bank of India is the innermost bank of the country. The Reserve Bank of India was originally was nationalized in 1949.
The History of the bank has serve as a work of reference and an important involvement to the literature on economic, central banking and development history of India.
The Reserve Bank of India have many offices like as Calcutta, Bombay, Madras, Rangoon, Delhi and Rangoon.
Burma break away from the Indian Union in 1937 but the Reserve Bank constant to act as the Central Bank for Burma till Japanese employment of Burma and later upto April, 1947. The Reserve Bank served as the central bank of Pakistan upto June 1948 when the State Bank of Pakistan commenced operations after the separation of India.
