Best courses after BA

Currently I'm living in ahmedabad. I m BA pass in June, 2014. i have experiance of DATA Uploading for 22 months and I have also worked with ICICI Bank as a CPA Manager for 6 months. Now I'm working with E Procurement Technologies Ltd as an Admin.Please suggest me different courses for me in ahmedabad or Surat.
