AICTE norms for the post of lecturer in any college.

I am srinivas BE(ECE) degree holder with 58% aggregate (SECOND CLASS) with passed out Jan 2007 and had 4 years of teaching experience in Polytechnic college. Now I am currently working in college its seems become AIDED, So as per the existing AICTE norms, shall i eligible for working as a lecturer in my college.? as soon as reply me sir

AICTE norms for Lecturer recruitment:

You should have First Class Master's Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering (Engg.) / Technology (Tech.) (No minimum experience required).

OR

You should hold First Class Bachelor's degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology or equivalent, with the valid GATE score of minimum 75 percentile;
