Indian Economic Service Application Form

I have decided to participate in Indian Economic Service (IES) Exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Would you please tell me from where will I get Application Form for it?

There is no latest notification for Indian Economic Service (IES) Exam. Its Official Notification will be displayed in the month of June in the Employment News and some of the Daily Newspapers.

Tentative Schedule:

Notification of Examination will publish in the month of June.

Examination will be conducted in the month of November.


Age - limits:

21-30 years on 1st January of the year of Examination


Educational Qualification:

For Indian Economic Service:

Post Graduate Degree from a recognised university in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics.

Candidates appearing in qualifying degree exams are also eligible provisionally subject to producing proof of passing along with Detailed Application Form.


Reservation:

Reservation will be made for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and PH (Physically Disabled) Categories in respect of vacancies as may be fixed by the Govt. of India.

Scheme of Examination:

Part-I:

(i) For Indian Economic Service:

(a) General English 100 Marks
(b) General Studies 100 Marks
(c) General Economics-I 200 Marks
(d) General Economics-II 200 Marks
(e) General Economics-III 200 Marks
(f) General Economics 200 Marks

Part-II:

Interview for Personality Test 200 Marks


Now there is no vacancy for IES Exam so its Application Form is not available. If it will publish then it will be display on Official Website that looks like as:

I want to apply for the Indian Economic Service so please tell me from when the Application Form of this exam will available?

Indian Economic Service is a combined competitive examination conducted yearly by the Union Public Service Commission

IES 2016 Notification:-
Date of notification (Saturday):- 06.02.2016

Last date for receipt of applications:- 04.03.2016 (Friday)

Date of commencement of exam:- 13.05.2016 (Friday)

Eligibility Criteria
Candidate should have post graduation degree in Economics or Applied Economics or Business Economics or Econometrics from a recognized university

Exam Pattern:
General English - 100 marks - 3 hours
General Studies - 100 marks - 3 hours
General Economics-I - 200 marks - 3 hours
General Economics-II - 200 marks - 3 hours
General Economics-III - 200 marks - 3 hours
Indian Economics - 200 marks - 3 hours
