RPET stands for Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test (RPET 2015).

RPET is the state-level entrance examination being conducted for admission to first year of undergraduate programmes leading to Bachelor’s degree in different disciplines of Engineering (B.Tech/ B.E) in various Govt aided and Private unaided technical institutions of Rajasthan.

Eligibility:
The applicant should have pass with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to “SC/ST/OBC in the subjects combination as given below taken together, in the final exam

OR

Any other examination recognized equivalent thereto by Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan / Central Board of secondary Education (CBSE).

Exam Pattern
The RPET paper will consist of the questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, the question will be based on syllabus of class 11th and 12th.

The duration of the paper will be 3 hours.

The paper comprises of 120 questions, 40 from each subject.

The paper will be in Bilingual mode i.e. Hindi and English.

The candidates will be awarded one mark for each right answer.

Exam pattern;
The duration of Examination will be of 3 hours.

The questions in the question paper will be set in English as well as in Hindi.

For all objective type questions, one (1) mark will be awarded for every correct answer.

There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
