Here I am providing you the information for the Maharashtra D.ed cet examination …

Syllabus
Maharashtra D Ed CET questions will be based on the subjects of class 11th and 12th

Eligibility
You should be a residence of Maharashtra and must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or Council.

Important dates :
Expected Exam Date : 2nd April 2013

Examination Pattern:
(1)Every question gives you one mark.
(2)All the questions are objective type and are compulsory.
(3)The questions are asked to test the knowledge, understanding and application of the subjects.
(4)No Negative Marking for any wrong answer …

Andhra Pradesh D Ed CET (Common Entrance Test) is conducted for the enrollment of students into Diploma in Education course.

Eligibility
You should be a bona fide residence of Andhra Pradesh
You must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or Council.

DIET CET Syllabus:


Section I

(a) General Knowledge : 5 MCQ Questions- 1 Marks per MCQ ; Total= 5 Marks
(b) Teaching Aptitude :1 Marks per MCQ ; Total= 5 Marks

Section II

(a) General English 10 MCQ Questions- 1 Marks per MCQ ; Total= 10 Marks
(b) Telugu/Urdu/Tamil 20 MCQ Questions- 1 Marks per MCQ ; Total= 20 Marks

Section III
(a) Mathematics 20 MCQ Questions- 1 Marks per MCQ ; Total= 20 Marks
(b) Physical Sciences 5 MCQ Questions- 1 Marks per MCQ ; Total= 5 Marks
(c) Biological Sciences 10 MCQ Questions- 1 Marks per MCQ ; Total= 10 Marks
(d) Social Studies 20 MCQ Questions- 1 Marks per MCQ ; Total= 20 Marks

The applicants who are willing to take admissions in 2 year diploma program of D.Ed. in DIET i.e. District Institutes of Educational Training can appear for DIET CET.

Eligibility Criteria:
The applicants who have either passed 10+2 or have appeared for the same or the equivalent examination with the qualifying marks are eligible to give the examination.

Candidate must have obtained minimum 45 percent marks.
For the SC, ST and Physically Challenged candidates the qualifying marks is 40 percent.

DIET CET Exam Syllabus:
The candidates must be aware that the syllabus of DIET CET Exam will be based upon the syllabus from class VIII to Class X of A.P. State board.
The paper will come in the 3 different choices of languages –
Tamil/English
Telugu/English
Urdu English.
The paper will be divided into 3 sections.

Section 1
General Awareness
Teaching Aptitude
Section 2
General English
Urdu /Telugu /Tamil
Section 3
Mathematics
Physics
Biology
Social Studies

Division of Marks for each subject
General Awareness 5 Questions 5 Marks
Teaching Aptitude 5 Questions 5 Marks
General English 10 Questions 10 Marks
Urdu/Telugu/Tamil 20 Questions 20 Marks
Mathematics 20 Questions 20 Marks
Physics 10 Questions 10 Marks
Biology 10 Questions 10 Marks
Social Studies 20 Questions 20 Marks

The total number of questions would be 100 and each question carries 1 mark. Therefore

the maximum mark that one can obtain is 100.
