CSIR Ra Fellowship

I want to know about the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research Associate Fellowship so can you give me the eliglbity for the Fellowship and provide me the procedure to apply for the Fellowship?

Human Resource Development Group of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research provides Research Fellowship and Associateships to bright young men and women for training in methods of research under the expert direction of faculty members /scientists working in University Departments/ National Laboratories and Institutes in various fields of Science & Technology and Medical Sciences.
The Senior Research Associateship (SRA ship) is primarily intended to provide temporary placement to extremely qualified Indian scientists, engineers, technologists, and medical workers recurring from foreign countries, who are not holding any employment in India. In this onlylegal Indian citizens only are eligible to apply.

Age limit:- Maximum40 years as on the date of receipt of the application in the CSIR.

Qualification:-Minimum Ph.d with teaching experience in related subject.
