Indian Oil Corporation Ltd is conducting recruitment as Officers. The written test for the selection process will be through - UGC-NET exam, being conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education on behalf of UGC.

Educational Qualification:

Applicants must have completed 2 year full-time regular course leading to Post Gradaute Diploma/Masters Degree in Human Resource Management/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management/Labour Welfare/Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare or equivalent qualification from a recognized Indian University/Institute

The candidates appearing for Human Resource Management must have majority of the elective papers from Human Resource Management.

Age Limit--.

Maximum 30 years for candidates belonging to General category, who have completed degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) .

For other candidates (other than Engineering at Graduation level) belonging to the General category, the maximum age should be 26 years.

Important dates:
Opening Date for Registration: 7 November 2014
Closing Date for Registration: 5 November 2014
Date of Examination: 28 December 2014

Educational qualification for MBA HR:
Candidates must have the 2 years MBA/ PGDM degree in HR and also have at least 60% in aggregate. The candidates with reserved seats must have at least 55% in aggregate.

Age limit:
Candidates must have the age of max. 26 years for the general category.
Candidates with the reserved category have the max. age of 30 years.

Remuneration:
The candidates who are selected will get the salary of Rs.24900-50,000/-. The starting salary must be 24900/-. The candidates also get the DA. The per annum salary of the candidates must be 1,100,000/-.

Selection procedure:
Candidates must have to give the UGC NET exam to get selected in the IOCL at any of the post.
Candidates must need to qualify through each stage of selection process i.e. GD/GT and PI
