Pay scales for Computer Lab Assistant

Respected Sir,

I am an employee in a reputed college since 01-01-2009. from then Till 31-12-2013 I have worked in the institution on Adhoc basis. From 1st January 2014 My post has been regularized on a pay scale of 5910-20200-1900 on a probation of 2 years.

The college is affiliated to a valid university and is grant-in-aid college.

Sir, I want to ask you a question that what is the pay scale for a computer lab assistant in such type of colleges and what rules are to follow for getting the correct pay scale.

Rs.9300-34800
GP:Rs.4600

Essential qualification:
The applicant should have Master’s Degree in Science or Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Computer Science/ Information Technology) from a recognized University.

Experience:
Minimum Two years experience as a Systems Engineer/Administrator in a reputed establishment

Desirable:
A Red Hat Certified Engineer Diploma; Diploma in networking and hardware maintenance

Age:
Below 30 years
