How to register for PhD entrance from management course in CCS university Meerut

Sir,
I want to know the process for enterance and registration in PhD (Mangement) from CCS university.

CCS university not offers Ph.D course in Management field. For an Ph.D. course candidate should have a master degree securing 50% marks in master course.
