I am a software engineer &I want to enter in garment business, so it is worthful to switch other business & what will be the impact of the risk, should I take the risk of moving to other
Career?

As you want to move to another business, if you are confident to switch to another field &you see scope there, but remember there may be risk also. So before moving I would like to suggest some tips which you have to consider.
First that how big is the risk, is it tolerable, or beyond the level of tolerance,
Secondly, is it worthful to take risk or after it will give worse effects.
Thirdly, you have to face initially some risk to start some new business are you ready to take risk, do you have guts to take risk.
So here are some points which you have t consider before switching to other field.

I think you shouldn't go into garment business. You can do garment business along with your job and you can also take career advise that will be helpful for your career.
