Apply for B.ed training

as a B.Sc major student that is equivalent to honors in bio science , respected sir can i apply for this b.ed training? I am a primary para teacher for last 8 years...as in Gov.pry school. so The S.I. of school has given me such experience certificate....Sir do I eligible to apply for same? then how could I calculate the total marks in B.Sc? (major sub.+botany pass+zoology pass+bang+eng)=1500? Sir who is the dealing person here, as it mentioned at the end of the form? please reply here or to my mobile 9093962193
