If you are interested is Maths and science then you should take Science in 10+2

You can take Physics, chemistry, Maths and optional subjects.

After 10+2 you are then required to sit in Various engineering entrance examinations like IIT JEE , AIEEE, VIT, BITS, KCET,RPET, and various state level engineering entrance examinations to secure a seat in a good engineering college.

Now CA and BE are both professional courses and are totally different.
For taking CA course you will have to take Commerce at 10+2 level.
