AFMC form will publish in 3rd week of December 2012.

MBBS :
Duration: four and a half year followed by internship of one year.

Academic Qualifications:
You have to pass 12th class with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and obtained 60% of the aggregate marks in these 3 science subjects taken together and not less than 50% marks in English and 50% marks in each of the science subjects.
For admission you have to passed all Indian pre medical test organizes by CBSE ..
