Salaries after M.Sc Chemistry in Government Organizations


-Top research institutes such as ISRO, DRDO, Bhabha Atomic research Centre, Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer etc also recruit M.Sc graduates for various operations of the organization.
-For the post of Project Scientist, aspirant can get a Salary package of Rs. Rs. 40,000/-p.m.
-A Project Fellow can earn up to Rs. 15,000/-p.m. where as Junior Project Fellow can earn up to Rs.15,000/-p.m

Salaries after M.Sc Chemistry in Private Institutions

-Salary structure in a private sector depends upon the nature of the work as well as the size of the organization.
-Companies of metropolitan areas normally offer high salaries whereas companies of rural areas offer moderate salaries.
-Salary package of a candidate with a master’s degree can be up to Rs. 35,000 or even above

-Reports shows that annual earnings of a chemistry graduate will be more than $56,060.
-In 2004 the reports of the American Chemical Society shows the median salary of its members with degree in Chemistry was $62,000.
-They also reported the salary of those with a master’s degree was $72,300, and those with PhD were $91,600.
-Fresh chemistry graduates can earn up to a median starting salary of $32,500.
-A fresh candidate with a master’s degree can earn up to $43,600, and those with a Ph.D. can earn up to $65,000.
