Latest passport size photographs of the students.

Attested photocopy of Birth certificate Issued by the concerned authority.

1st to 12th Standard

2 latest passport size photographs of the students seeking the admission to the school

Original T.C. of previous school if any that is duly countersigned by education officer.

Original Mark sheet of previous class of the students.
