DAV Institute of Engineering & Technology at the city of the Jalandhar Punjab got established in year 2001 under the aegis of DAV college Managing committee.

The institute is approved by AICTE and is affiliated to the Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. This is the first Engineering Institute that was started by the DAV College Trust and Management Society that manages the college .
