I want to do PhD from Burdwan University so I want to apply and for the apply I need the application but I have no idea about the application so please give me the date of application form and also provide me the application procedure?

As Burdwan university has already issued the notice for the admission. Any candidate who possesses required Masters Degree in one(commerce, history , English etc ) of the subjects may apply for admission to the Ph.D.course. Last date of submission of form is 26.9.2011. Burdwan University invites applications for the PhD program form the eligible candidates.

PhD Admission Eligibility:

The candidate must have a master degree in any discipline.

PhD Admission Selection Process:

The candidate has to get minimum qualifying marks determined by the appropriate authority at the written test for getting admission in PhD.

The candidates who clear the written test are required to appear at the interview test.

PhD Admission Application Form:

The applicant can obtain application from the official website of Burdwan University.

Fill and submit the applicatin along with a DD for Rupee 450/- drawn in favour of “Finance Officer, The University of Burdwan”, payable at SBI, Burdwan.

Important Dates:

Last date of submitting forms: 14th January, 2013.
Date of the Test:
Arts & Com.etc : 22nd January, 2013.
Science : 24th January, 2013.
