15% of the intake is likely to be filled-in under NRI/NRI category as per the rules of the Government of Gujarat.
15% supernumerary seats will be for Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/ Foreign Nationals (FN) and Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries (CIWGC) - South East Asia (SEA) as per UGC Rules


Eligibility

The candidate should have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate Examinations (10+2) or its equivalent examinations with not less than 50% aggregate marks.

Age of the candidate should not be more than 20 years as on 1st July, 2014


Admission Procedure

Admission shall be based on the inter All India merit rank of CLAT

The candidates are compulsorily required to appear in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)

Admission under NRI Sponsored category will be considered only based on the All India merit rank of CLAT


Fee Structure
Tuition FEE – Rs. 1, 25,000/- per annum (inclusive of all except refundable deposits, University fees and student activity fees)

NRI/FN/PIO/CIWGC-SEA - US$7000 per annum or equivalent in Indian Rupees (inclusive of all, except refundable Deposits, University fees and student activity fees)

Qualified candidates are required to compulsorily bring the following originals documents and three sets of attested photocopies of the same, which are to be submitted at the time of counseling.

School leaving certificate/Birth Certificate showing date of birth

Migration certification

S. S. C. mark sheet

Marks sheet of the qualifying examination (10+2)

Character certificate from the institution last attended

Three passport size photographs

CLAT13 Admit Card & Score Sheet

Application receipt (evidence) of payment of Rs. 2000/- or Rs. 3000/- (NRI category)
