Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have passed with M.Phil or M.Sc degree in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or any other such allied discipline are eligible to apply.

Candidates must have secured minimum CGPA of 6.75 out of 10 or aggregate of 60 percent marks at the bachelors degree or masters degree level.

Required documents needed to be sent to complete VTU PhD Admission:
Duly filled in application shall be enclosed with 7 envelopes of 5x11” size, with complete
