(ii) Grade Pay 1900
(iii) Initial Pay 5830

Eligibility:
Applicants must have passed 10th class and must have completed ITI in any trade from a recognized college.

If applicants have a diploma degree in mechanical/automobile/electrical or electronics then also you can apply for this exam.

Age limit:
Age must be between 18-30 years.

Selection process:
Written exam
Personal interview

Paper pattern:
In The Railway loco pilot Examination, Questions will be asked from Technical, Non Technical, General English, General Awareness, Arithmetic's, Reasoning etc.

Total No Of Question is 120.
Total Time given for the test is only 90 minutes.

Medium of examination is Hindi or English or Urdu.

This exam also has the negative marking. For any three wrong answer a full marks of a question will be deduced i.e. 1/3rd Negative marking.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have passed 10th standard or equivalent examination under 10+2 pattern from any recognized Board of Examination. Apart from that, they should be an apprentice or have completed I.T.I in any of the following trades.

Diploma or Bachelor degree holders in Electronics/ Electrical /Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering can also apply for this exam, if they have completed their course from any institute recognized by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).

Candidates can apply for the exam only if their age is not less than 18 and not more than 30 years. OBC candidates can have 3 years of age relaxation while SC/ST candidates can have 5 years of age relaxation.
