The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts the civil service Preliminary exams. In the year 2014 the preliminary exams will be held on August 24, 2014 and the results are expected to be out sometime in the month of October. Following are the details of it:

The applicant should have completed graduation degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
