As you are asking I am telling to do change date of birth in 10th standard UP board certificate, you have to visit the school where your kid pursued their 10th standard and contact the school principal. They will guide you the process that you need to follow to get DOB corrected, they will ask you to fill the specified application form, pay the fee and they will forward it to main board for processing and you will get new certificate within 1 or 2 weeks.
