All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) entrance test contains 180 objective type questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology).

The duration of the paper would be three hours.

Candidates can opt for question paper in English and Hindi.

I am interested in the field of medical and decided to give the All India Pre-Medical / Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) Exam. Will you please tell me the AIPMT exam pattern and also provide me previous year AIPMT question papers?

The All India Pre-Medical / Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) is an annual medical entrance examination in India. The exam is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in several medical colleges across the country.

Syllabus and pattern of exam:

AIPMT 2016 will have both 11th and 12th class syllabus. As the official sources tell, 40% questions will be asked from 11th class and 60% are to be asked from 12th class.
The Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) type exam has the following subjects in AIPMT 2016.

(i) Physics
(ii) Chemistry
(iii) Zoology
(iv) Botany

There will be 45 questions for each subject.
Every question will be objective type.
Each question will be of 4 marks.
