Here are the details of the admission to the institute

Entrance Examination and Interview of to get admission to the course will be most probably held in the month of the May at the institute campus.


Eligibility: DM (Medical Oncology)- MD (Gen Med/ Paediatrics/ Radiotherapy)
Mch (Surgical Oncology)-MS (General surgery/OBG/ENT/Orthopaedics)

Duration of the seats: MCh Surgical Oncology, 3 seat
Dm Medical Oncology, 2 seats


Duration of the course at the institute Duration of the Course shall be three years from the date of commencement of the course

The date of commencement of the course will be 01st August, 2013 as per the details of the last year admissions to the course


Eligibility Criteria

Application to get admission to the course should have satisfied the following conditions:

Should be an Indian Citizen

Should have passed the PG Degree (MD/MS) from any of the Medical Colleges in India, recognized by the Medical Council of India or DNB from an institute in India, approved by the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi


Basic Academic qualifications:

M.B.B.S. Degree
Appropriate Post Graduation Degree (M.D/MS)
Appropriate DNB of National Board of Examinations, New Delhi

PG Courses

MCh Surgical Oncology: MS/MD/DNB in General Surgery/ENT/Obstetrics and Gynecology/Orthopaedics

DM Medical Oncology: MD/DNB in General Medicine/Paediatrics/Radiotherapy
DM Paediatric Oncology: MD/DNB in Paediatrics

Age: Upper age limit is 40 years, as on 30th April, 2013

Candidates should not be crossed 40 years by 30th April, 2013
