The Goa College of Hospitality and Culinary Education that was formerly known as the Academy of Culinary Education (ACE) is a premier Hospitality Institute that was established in the year 1995.

The college is managed by the Fomento Educational and Charitable Society and shares space with a Five star deluxe hotel, Cidade de Goa that is major advantage to the students.

The course curriculum at the institute includes subjects related to the Front Office Management, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage (service), Food and Beverage (production), Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Marketing, Strategic Management, Safety and Security, IT skills, Hotel Law, Gender Studies, World Culture, French among others.

Post graduate diploma in chef management
Duration One year full time program
Course Fees 1,00,000
Eligibility 3 years Diploma in Chef’s Management/ Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.

Craft course certificate in food production
Duration One Year full time program.
Course Fees 50,000
Eligibility 10th Pass

Craft course certificate in food and beverage services
Duration 6 months
Course Fees Rs.25, 000 (admission charge & caution deposit extra)
Eligibility: 10th pass

Craft course certificate in house keeping
Duration: 6 months
Course Fees Rs.25, 000 (admission charge & caution deposit extra)
Eligibility: 10th pass
