DAV Public School at the Talcher Orissa is the opart of the DAQV schools that are set up in whole country.

The school has its lasses from LKG to Senior Secondary level in Science, & Commerce stream .
The school was started with 900 students in the year 2002. But now the present students strength is 1850 at the school.

Admission criteria at the school for different classes-

L.K.G
Admission to LKG classes are open for pupils of age 3 plus by the 1st April in the year of admission to the school.

UKG TO STD.VIII
Students fro the above mentioned classes are required to appear for an entrance examination at the school provided there are vacancies at the school.
