State Bank of India (SBI) invites applications for Assistants in Clerical Cadre department in the month of April/ May.

Tentative Important dates-

On-Line registration of Application Starts
May 26, 2014

On-Line registration of Application ends
June 14, 2014

Last date for edit of application
June 14, 2014

Last Date for Reprint of Application
June 29, 2014

Online Fee Payment
May 26, 2014 to June 14, 2014

Offline Fee Payment
May 28, 2014 to June 17, 2014

Admit Card
July 9, 2015

Written Exam
July 19-August 31, 2014

Result
October

Education qualification

Degree from the recognized university.

The candidates who obtained degree through Distance are not eligible for these clerical cadre posts.

Age must be between 21 to 28 years.
The relaxation in age is provided for all the reserved candidates.

Exam pattern-

The written exam conduct on the following topics-
(i) General Awareness
(ii) General English
(iii) Quantitative Aptitude
(iv) Reasoning Ability
(v) Marketing Aptitude /Computer Knowledge.

SBI Clerks will get Starting salary in the pay scale of 7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300.

In metro cities they may get Rs.19000.
