The Indian Adminstrative Services is a paper-pen based competitive exam held every year directed by the Union Public Service Commission .

Important Dates :

Date of Notification:- 16.05.2015

Last date for receipt of applications:- 12.06.2015

Date of commencement of Examination:- 23.08.2015

Duration of the Exam:- 1 day

Civil Services (Main) Exam 2015:-

Date of commencement of Examination:- 18.12.2015

Duration of the Exam:- 5 Days

Eligibility:-

Applicants must hold a degree in any discipline from any recognized University.

Applicants appearing for their final year degree exam are also eligible to apply for

Applicants must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years.

Age Relaxation:-


(i) five years if a Applicantbelongs to a Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe.

(ii) three years in the case of Applicants belonging to Other Backward Classes who are eligible to avail of reservation applicable to such Applicants
