Delhi University offers MBA program through the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi. Following are the details of admission in this program:

Eligibility
The applicant should have completed Bachelor’s Degree programme after twelve years of formal schooling with at least 50% marks during graduation (SC/ST:-Passing Marks; OBC/PwD/CW:-45%) or equivalent CGPA).

Admission to MBA ( IB ) and MBA ( HRD ) courses in Delhi University is made on the basis of CAT or Common Admission Test percentile, GD score, and Interview score. Candidates have to submit CAT percentile after appearing in the CAT conducted by IIMs. The candidate has to apply separately to IIMs for CAT and to the Department for the above programmes.

Delhi University MBA Important Dates
Delhi University MBA Online Application begins : October, 2015.
Last Date for Delhi University MBA online Application : December, 2015.
Delhi University MBA Entrance Exam : November, 2015

Syllabus of CAT
CAT English/Verbal Ability: Reading comprehension, verbal reasoning, syllogisms, analogies, antonyms and synonyms, fill in the blanks, sentence correction, idioms, etc.

CAT Maths/Quant Ability: Number systems, geometry, trogonometry, probability, permutation combination, algebra, mensuration, time and work, averages, percentages, profit and loss, quadratic and linear equations, etc.

CAT Data Interpretation: Interpretation and analysis of data based on text, tables, graphs (line, area), charts (column, bar, pie), venn diagram, etc.

CAT Logical Reasoning: Clocks, calendars, binary logic, seating arrangement, blood relations, logical sequence, assumption, premise, conclusion, linear and matrix arrangement, etc.

CAT Paper Pattern:
There are two sections.
The first section is Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation
Second section is Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning.
The duration of the exam is 170 minutes.
Each section has 50 questions.
