I am running a school can you please help me by telling how can I make my school effective among new students?

Here are some of the ideas that can help you run your school more effectively here are some –

- Make your staff and faculty a part of the decision-making team for the
institution. Include them in the decision on everything that the institution does.

-Recruit students cautiously.

- Have the admissions staff prepare a checklist of various personal
characteristics of students enrolled so that the staff and faculty will be alerted and prepared to provide the necessary assistance for those students to succeed in your program.

- Encourage graduates to write letters to the school describing how the skills
they learned in class have been put to work in their job.

- Put pictures of graduation or commencement ceremonies in a scrapbook
for display in the reception area.

- Invite members of your new students’ family support group to come to a
special orientation session soon before or after a major start date.

- Assign one member of the staff or faculty the responsibility to contact
students who have dropped out or been suspended for academic or attendance reasons.

- Make a list of all the reasons a student should enroll in your institution.

- Have the admissions staff monitor student attendance and contact those
who miss classes or are regularly.
