Paper Pattern for XAT Exam

I want to know Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) exam paper pattern, will you please provide here?

XAT or the Xavier Aptitude Test conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur is the MBA entrance exam for XLRI and over 100 B-schools in India.

The exam will consist of two parts:

Paper 1 and
Paper 2

Paper 1 is objective paper with multiple choice questions.

The sections of this paper are Verbal Ability, Decision Making, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness.

The total duration of XAT 2014 exam will be 2 hours 40 to 45 minutes.

The Part 2 of XAT is subjective in nature.

It consists of the Essay Writing section.

The duration of the Essay Writing question was 20 minutes.

Each question consists of 1 mark and for each wrong answer; there is negative marking of 0.25 marks.

Sir I am preparing for the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) XAT Exam so can you please tell me the Paper Pattern for XAT Exam.

XLRI Jamshedpur conducts test on behalf of the XAMI. XAT 2016.

Paper pattern:

The mode of the paper will be only through only pen paper mode.

It will consist of four sections

Verbal and Logical Ability

Decision Making

Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation

General Knowledge.


Another section will be of essay writing
(Duration 30 minutes)

For first three sections the time will be of 2hours and 20 minutes.

Extra 40 minutes for G.K. portion and 30min for the essay writing option.

XAT-XLRI Admission Test is a National Level Admission Test

Eligibility:

Have passed graduation with the 10+2+3 pattern.

Student in their final year can also apply.

Application details/date(tentative)

Last date to apply is 3rd week of november

Last date to download the admit card 3rd week of December.

Exam date of the exam will be 3rd week of January
