Can I do M.A. History after B.Tech?

I have done B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. Am I eligible to do M.A. in History?

No, you are not eligible to do M.A. History after B.Tech. The basic and primary eligibility criterion for M.A. course is to have history as one of the subjects in Graduation.

Eligibility:

Graduation with Honours in History or History as one of the subjects studied in graduation from any of the recognized university / college of the country.

History is a completely different subject. I think you should continue your further studies in your core field.
