The course consists of Four theory Papers and One Paper on Practical Training they are listed below Paper I Introduction to Legal Concepts and Legal Systems. The University of Mumbai is one of the first three state universities in India and the oldest in Maharashtra. It was established on 18 July 1857. the University is approved by UGC. Post Graduate Diploma In Intellectual Property Rights Law (IPR) Department offers One Year Post Graduate Diploma Course in IPR. The Admission to P.G Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law is available to any graduate of any stream of the recognized Universities in India. Forms and Prospectus for admission will be available in the Office of the Department of Law, Room No. 126, First Floor, University of Mumbai, Fort Campus, between 11.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. approximately in the month of July. Eligibility for PG Diploma Courses : Pass Class Lecture (PG Diploma) : Friday & Saturday (4 pm to 8 pm at Law Dept. Univ.
