The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts the Bank CET, Common All India Entrance Test to select qualified candidates for various banking sector jobs. The entrance test is conducted for the selecting candidates for various posts such as clerical staffs, entry-point officers and specialist officers
Applicants can get the forms from the official address of IBPS either by hand or by post. This test is held twice a year candidates who cleared the test get scorecard

I have done my studies and want to join banking sector and for this I am planning to give the All India Bank Common Entrance Test (CET). Will you provide me some details about this exam and provide me lists of bank participating in this exam?

Bank CET - Indian Banks Association has launched a Common All India Entrance Test (CET) to be started from 2011.
The exams will be mainly for clerical staff and entry-point officers like Probationary officers, Specialist Officers - Law Officers, EDP Officers, Tech. and Management Executives.

Bachelor's degree of a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent recognized as such by the Central Government with certain minimum percentage of marks as prescribed by different banks in their information broacher.
Generally it varies from 60% to 70%.

Working knowledge of computer is also required to take up this exam.

Age

Not below 21 years and not above 30 years. Relaxation in upper age limit is as per rules for specified categories including SC/ST/OBC etc

Bank CET Syllabus

Bank CET consists of questions from the following given Subjects:
Reasoning
English Language
Quantitative Aptitude
General Knowledge
Computers

Bank CET normally occurs twice a year.
