How to access IDBI net banking account not active?

Dear sir,
As i hav opened a savings bank account in IDBI(Coimbatore) bank. By that time i got a letter to access net banking. but i ve not activated my account at that time. Since i need the net banking service, how can i access it. also i ve lost the password and customer.... Kindly give me a suggestion to my mail to whom i ve to proceed with.

IDBI is the Industrial Development Bank of India that is responsible for the financing the industrial projects in the country initially but later this bank has entered in to the normal banking.

Some of the normal process to prevent net banking account to prevent unauthorized access. Are-


1. you need to Register your Mobile number with us and get SMS Alerts to keep track of high value card & net banking transactions in your account .

2. Avoid doing net banking transactions from the Cyber Cafes.

3. Use the Virtual Keypad for enhanced security .

I have an account in IDBI Bank, & I also applied for net baking, & some time ago my online account was activate, but now not active, so will you please give me the procedure to activate my online banking account, or give me the no of IDBI bank?
