What should I do to get RTO government job in Tamilnadu after doing B.E Mechanical Engineering???

Regional Transport Office (RTO) examination is conducted by the Tamilnadu State Public Service Commission. Following are the different posts in RTO:

Clerk
Judicial
Sub Assistant

RTO exams Minimum required qualification

Clerk Eligibility:
The applicant must be complete Graduation from a recognized University

Age limit:
Candidates age limit between 18 to 37 years

Sub Assistant Eligibility:
Candidates must be complete Graduation from a recognized University

Age limit:
Candidates age limit between 18 to 34 years

Engineering Eligibility:
Candidates must be complete Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical ).

Age limit:
Candidates age limit between 18 to 32 years

Examination pattern:
There will be a written test followed by an interview. The candidates who have passed in written test are only eligible for interview.

RTO stands for Regional Transport Office

RTO exam is mainly conducted by the public service commissions in each state.

The exam is conducted mainly for 3 different posts.
Clerical job
Judicial job post
Assistant engineer post etc..

The eligibility criteria for each post will be different; here I am giving you the eligibility criteria of each post

RTO Examination Judicial service post eligibility criteria
Must be citizen of India
Candidate must have degree in law from recognized university.
Candidate should be capable to read, write and speak particular state’s language.
Candidate must be above 23 year old and below 34 years.

RTO examination clerkship post eligibility criteria
Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Must have passed Secondary education or equivalent from the respective state board
Age should be between 18 years to 37 years

RTO examination sub assistant engineer eligibility criteria
Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Candidate must have a degree in engineering like in civil, mechanical or in electrical.
Age of the candidate should not be more than 32years.

As you have done B.E Mechanical engineering so you are eligible for the post of sub assistant engineer
