Here I am looking for the Railway Goods Guard post syllabus of Mains exam, can you provide me the same????? Railway Recruitment Board Exam is directed by different RRBs in India for providing a good career option to the person who are eligible for the posts offered. RRB Group C: The Posts are divided into two categories. 1. Non- technical popular category 2. Technical category Name of posts: ASM, Goods Guard, ECRC, TC, CA/TA Sr. clerks Qualification: Any Degree Mode of Selection: There are two stages. Stage I - Common preliminary examination for all categories Stage II - Main Examination Syllabus 1. General Awareness : Current Affairs (National and International Importance) Major Financial/Economic News Budget and Five Year Plans Science - Inventions and Discoveries Abbreviations Important Days International and National Organisations Who is Who Sports Books and Authors Awards and Honours 2. Arithmetic Ability : Number System HCF, LCM Simplification Time and Work Profit and Loss Average Simple and Compound Interest Mensuration (2D and 3D) Algebra Data Interpretation Decimal Fractions Ratio and Proportions Unitary Method Percentage Time and Distance 3. Technical Ability - This is generally the questions that constitutes the knowledge of the students about the profession and some technical questions which may be tricky. 4. Test of Reasoning/Mental Ability/Aptitude: This part usually tries to test the reasoning abilities and Gauges aptitude of the person. It includes the following: Verbal Number Series Problem on Age Calculation Blood Relations Analogy Decision Making Alphabet Series Test of Direction Sense Coding-Decoding Number Ranking Arithmetical Reasoning Non-Verbal Non Verbal Series Embedded Figures etc Mirror Images Cubes and Dice Grouping Identical Figures 5. General Intelligence The questions will be of Objective type with multiple choices and are likly to include questions pertaining to the fallowing topics : 1. Airthmetic 2. General Awareness 3. As per your request here I am sharing the Railway Goods Guard post syllabus of Mains exam: Subject No. of Question General Awareness (GK,GS,Current Affairs) 20 Arithmetic (Maths) 25 General Intelligence/Reasoning 25 General Science 30 Technical Ability 20 (for more Details - Check Out Here) There will be Multiple Choice Objective Questions (MCQs) with negative marking scheme. Numbers distribution: Name of the Post RRB NTPC Graduate Total Number of Question 100 Total Time 90 minutes
