GCET Admission

I am from Udaipur, Rajasthan. I want to do MBA from any renowned govt. college of Gujarat. Can I know about MBA admission in Gujarat? Provide me all-important details like admission time, exam date, syllabus and set of previous question papers of Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GCET).

For applying for GCET the candidate with Minimum 50% in Graduation (45% for SC/ST Candidates)

It requires minimum 3 years of work experience after graduation

GCET 2012 is compulsory.

Pattern of Examination:
Section 1 contains 80 questions
Total Time: 64 Minutes
English Language Skill: 20
Quantitative Aptitude: 30
Analytic and Logical Reasoning: 30
Section 2 consists if 20 Questions
Total Time: 16 Minutes
General Knowledge: 20
For every right answer, candidate will get 4 Marks and for a wrong answer 1 Mark will be deducted from the total marks.

Eligibility

- You should be graduated from a University recognised and located in Gujarat State are eligible to appear for GCET.
- You should have graduated in a 3-year course from a University outside Gujarat State but have passed Std. XII or its equivalent examination from a recognised school located in Gujarat State
- You must have passed Std. XIIth (HSC Examination) or its equivalent examination with Mathematics/Business Mathematics/Statistics as one of the subjects.

- You must have passed graduation in any discipline, including BCA course, from a University located in the State of Gujarat.
-Graduates who have done BCA from Universities of Gujarat will be considered eligible for admission to MCA, even if they have not taken Mathematics/Business Maths/ Statistics as one of the subjects at XIIth Std.
-Non-resident Gujarati (NRG) candidates passing the qualifying examination from States other than Gujarat and Gujarati-NRI candidates shall be eligible for admission to management quota of private unaided institutes only.
