One should have a graduate / post-graduate degree with

45% marks for widows/ wards of ex-servicemen/ serving personnel (recipient of gallantry awards)/ CW; OBC

LLB Eligibility for Admission:
For General and Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates:
Candidates must have passed graduation or post graduation Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in either of them.

Relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general candidates will be allowed to Other Backward Classes (OBC) category.

Relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general candidates will be allowed to widows/wards of defence personnel (CW) category.

Entrance Exam Pattern of LLB:
The Test Paper will consist of one question paper containing 175 objective-type questions with multiple choice answers.

The course content consists of two parts:
English Language Comprehension, General Knowledge & current affairs, Reasoning & Analytical Abilities
Legal Awareness and Aptitude

Eligibility for LLM:
For General category and Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates:
Candidates must have passed a three year/five-year LL.B. Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate for Two-Year/Three-Year Course LLM.

The OBC candidates shall be given a relaxation in the minimum eligibility in the qualifying examination and in the minimum eligibility to take the entrance test to the extent of 10% of the minimum eligibility marks prescribed for the general category candidate.

The candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) having a three year/five-year LL.B. Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 45% marks for 2yr/3yr LLM or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in either of them

Entrance Exam Pattern of LLM:
The Test Paper will consist of one question paper containing 175 objective-type questions with multiple choice answers relating to:

Law of Torts, Consumer Protection
