Is there any reservation quota for ex-serviceman in iit joint entrance examination ?? As far as my knowledge there is no Reservation Quota for EX-Serviceman in IIT JEE. JEE Main 2015 Reservation of Seats is the provision that has been introduced by Government of India. As per Government of India, a fixed number of seats are reserved in IITs and ISM, Dhanbad, NITs/IIITs and CFTIs etc. for the reserved category candidates. The reserved categories applicable for the seat reservation are as follows: Scheduled Castes (SCs)/Scheduled Tribes (STs) Other Backward Classes – Non- Creamy Layer (OBCs-NCL) Persons with Physical Disability (PwD) As per the JEE Main 2015 Reservation of Seats criteria, 15% and 7.5% seats are reserved for the candidates belonging to SC and ST categories respectively in each course offered at the IITs and ISM Dhanbad. As per the JEE Main 2015 Reservation of Seats, 27% seats are reserved for candidates belonging to OBC- Non Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL) category for admission in IITs and ISM Dhanbad As per JEE Main 2015 Seat Reservation criteria,3% of the total number of seats in every institute of India is reserved for person with disabilities. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() For detailed info here is attachment: There is no such reservation policy for Ex-service man in IIT JEE according to government rules ..
