Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test acronym as JEMAT is conducted by West Bengal University of Technology for admission to various post graduate management programs.

Yes, there is a negative marking in JEMAT exam.There is a deduction of 1/4 marks (25% marks) for one wrong answer.

Eligibility:-
You must be a graduate in any bachelor degree from recognized university or college. The degree must be a minimum of 3 years course.

Test Structure:-
The JEMAT written test will be of objective type consisting of three sections of 2 hours duration ( 11 a.m. to 1 p.m for JEMAT ) as detailed below: Section I English 40 Marks
Section II Mathematics 40 Marks
Section III Logical Reasoning /GK 20 Marks

JEMAT Entrance Exam Fee:-
JEMAT Examination fees are Rs.800/Rs.400 for SC / ST (without late fine) and Rs.1000/Rs.500.00 for SC / ST (with late fine) is to be deposited by a Demand Draft.

The Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test (JEMAT) is a state level eligibility test conducted by West Bengal University of Technology for admission to MBA and MHA.

Yeah there is a negative marking of ¼ mark for each wrong answer.

JEMAT exam pattern

JEMAT is a paper pencil based test of 2 hours duration.
JEMAT exam pattern will include three sections, English, Logical Reasoning/General Knowledge.

The total number of questions is 100.

Following is the detailed exam pattern:

Section Number Section Name Marks
Section I English 40
Section II Mathematics 40
Section III Logical Reasoning/GK 20

There is 1 mark for each correct answer
Negative marking of ¼ mark for each wrong answer.

Eligibility for WB JEMAT 2015

Bachelors degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/Technology/Medical/Dental/Agriculture or other professional courses from recognized universities.

Final year graduate students are eligible to apply for WB JEMAT exam.
