How to obtain NATA form

Will you please tell me how to obtain NATA Application form??

NATA Application Form is available from March 1, 2014 onwards. Candidates need to register and fill the Application Form of NATA 2014 online and submit the same along with specified documents required for Registration at the test centers.

NATA Application Procedure is as follows:

Registration:

-Go to the official site of NATA
-At the home page click on – Register
- New Section will open which look likes below image



-You must enter a desired username, password, a VALID email ID and a password (password should be atleast 8 characters long and MUST have atleast 1 non alphanumeric character)
- You will recieve an email with the activation link

Login to Student Portal:
-After activating the link sent to the email registered, you need to login using the user name registered, password and email ID
-Click here to Login through the Student Portal

Student Profile:
- You need to enter their particular in the form displayed.
- You also need to enter their Class X details
- You must upload their photograph cum signature. Check guidelines on the same below
