KEAM Application Form Last Date

Sir I want to apply for the Kerala Engineering Medical Entrance Examination but I have no idea about the date of application form so please can you provide me the last date of application form?

KEAM is the entrance exam that is held for the entry to the engineering colleges in the state of Kerala.

The forms for the exams are available from the dates 11 jan 2014.

Last dates are feb 04 2014.

The documents that you need to attach with the form are –

Nativity Certificate in original

Attested copy of SSLC or equivalent certificate for proof of date of birth

Course Certificate in original duly filled in with signature and seal of the Head of the
Institution in which the candidate is studying and the Attested copy of the final year mark list of the qualifying examination.

Community Certificate and Income Certificate .

Inter-Caste marriage certificate in original from the concerned Village Officer,

In case of Persons with disabilities’ (PD), a Self-attested copy of Medical certificate from the District Medical Board has to be submitted.

Guidelines that are needed to fill the application form-

Candidates must print the KEAM 2014 Online Application Form.

They must affix a passport size (3.5 x 4.5 cm) photograph identical to the uploaded photo

The Photograph must be attested by a Gazetted Officer or the Head of the Institution where the candidate has last studied.

Candidate's signature as well as the signature of the Parent or Guardian must be done in the specified place in the KEAM 2014 Application Form.

Candidates applying for reservation must submit the specified documents in the specified formats duly attested by the competent authority.

Candidates must send the KEAM 2014 Application Form (printout) and the copy of documents by Registered Post/Speed Post/Hand Delivery,
