State Bank of India conducts an exam for recruitment to the post of Probationary Officer for its branches across the country. Following are the details of this examination: Eligibility: The applicant should be a Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Important dates: Online registration starts from Apr 7, 2014 Payment of fees (online) Apr 7 - Apr 25, 2014 Payment of fees (offline) Apr 10 – Apr 28, 2014 Exam date (tentative) June 2014 Age Limit A candidate should be between 21 - 30 years as on 01-04-2014 for the June 2014 exam.

SBI is a government-owned corporation with its headquarters in Mumbai, Maharastra The exam dates for the SBI PO 2016 are not announced yet, but tentatively the exam held in the month of June every year Eligibility for SBI PO Nationality: Indian Age Limit: 21-30 years Academic Qualification: Graduation from approved University Syllabus: 1. English Language: This section will have problems on 1. Reading Comprehension (10+10) - Moderate to difficult - It takes lot of time to find answers from these. 2. Jumbled Sentences (5) - Moderate - Practice is the key to these types of questions. 3. Close Passages (10) - Moderate 4. Errors Correction (15) - Easy to Moderate - You need to know all the english grammar rules to get better marks from these questions. 2. SBI PO Syllabus of Reasoning Section: The reasoning section is of high level and have problems on 1. Input – output (machine coding and decoding) (5) - Difficult 2.
