Can you guide me how to take admission in CS course after clearing 12th class? Give me the contact detail of the institute?

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts the Company Secretary Exam. There are three stages to this exam – Foundation programme, Executive programme and Professional Programme.

Procedure to join CS

Eligibility:
A student should have cleared 10+2 exams.
Provisional registration is also allowed for students of 10+2 awaiting their results.
Candidate who have cleared CA-CPT or have cleared CMA Foundation Exams or candidates who have a Master’s degree in any discipline other than Fine Arts are exempt from appearing CS Foundation Exams.

Minimum duration:
2 1/2 years (after graduation), 3 1/2 years (after Class 12)

Exams:
Conducted in June and December every year for all three levels

Fees:
Rs 25,000 (including registration, examination and computer training)

Students who wish to become Company Secretary should clear three following levels Foundation program

Eligibility

As to join the Foundation program of the Company Secretary Course applicants must pass 10+2 or equivalent in any stream.

The foundation course of CS is an 8 month course.

After completion of the Foundation course candidates can apply for the Executive program.

Students who have qualified the executive program are eligible for professional programme.

After completing the professional program in the Company Secretary, the Students will become the Associate Member of ICSI.
