The Institute of Company Secretaries of India awards the certificate of Company Secretary (CS) to a student qualifying for the membership of the Institute.

Admission Process
To register for CS in ICSI kindly follow the below given process:
Applicant need to register first with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Delhi, either for Foundation, Executive or Professional program.
After successful registration for either of program; applicant will be issued be with CS registration number.
Exams are conducted twice in a year in the month of June and December.
