===click on the UPSC ONLINE APPLICATIONS option given on the Home page of it
===click on Online Application for Various Examinations of UPSC option
===so you will get list of all current exam forms on that page
===now the online forms for Civil services exam is not published whenever it will be published you can get it on that page ..
