On what basis are the IT companies recruiting IT freshers??? Tell me the basic requirements……….

Generally the IT companies consider good Communication skills and 60 % + throughout and they are seeking for those candidates who are sound enough in communication and have basic knowledge of programming knowledge. You should have following qualities:

Problem solving abilities
Whether can work under pressure
Explaining their work/projects
Concept of the matter
Communication skills
About yourself
Decision taking ability
