Prepositions
Tenses (utmost care)
Voice changing
Direct and indirect speech

- Awareness of your own interaction with other people
- Maximize your positive personality traits and use them in your interactions
- Watch English movies and TV shows
- Listen to English songs, google the lyrics and sing along
- More you speak, the faster you learn
-Join a free conversation group or language exchange
- Talk to your teacher for advice on any specific things you need to work on
- Read English-speaking newspapers or online articles
- Read children’s books, the grammar and vocabulary are easier
-You can improve your communication skills by developing excellent listening skills, learning to resolve problems and conflicts, understanding body language, and accepting responsibility for your own negative behavior.

As you want I am here giving you tips to Avoid Grammatical Mistakes During Conversation in English.

Don’t use male pronouns exclusively for unknown people.

Don’t mix single objects with plural pronouns.

In writing, don’t begin a sentence with a number, though you can do so in speech.

Don’t use incomplete sentences, not fragments, especially in your writing.

Don’t confuse verb tenses.

Don’t split infinitives.

Don’t use the reflexive voice unless it is needed.

Don’t substitute “who” for “whom”.

Don’t confuse a demand for a polite request.

Don’t use slang.
